Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital downloads once the purchase has been completed.

Please note that all pattern listings are for DIGITAL CROSS STITCH, HAND EMBROIDERY & CROCHET PATTERNS ONLY and not finished products.
